Have not moved my line yet

Hi,

I requested that my Telkom land line be moved from my old house to my new house. Telkom made a booking with me for Tuesday (12th) to do this. On Tuesday no one came by and no one contacted me about it. I phoned later to find out what happened and was told I will be informed of the date they will come to install since they had technical difficulties with the line.

I phoned again today and was told I can not be given any time frame of when the move will happen as there are still difficulties.

Currently very frustrated. If I at least had a time frame that would be useful.
