Payments for 2 Handsets and only using 1

I upgraded my contract and got the S4 in September 2013. I was not informed that I would be liable to still pay for my Blackberry Bold handset as well as my new S4 handset as it was upgraded at 22 months and not 24 months. So when I called in and complained and after a long time of putting me on hold so they could "figure" out what was happening with my account, I was told that the overlap of 2 months applies and that is why I am being charged for 2 handsets. I am irritated as if I had been informed of this very clearly, I would have waited the 2 months extra.

On the other side, I had insurance with Vodacom from 2009 but upon being offered this insurance on my new phone, I opted not to have this and was once again not informed that I had to on top of stating no, phone Vodacom insurance department and ask them to cancel this. So having paid insurance for 2 months that I did not want I have subsequently now canceled it with the department.

I am very irritated with Vodacom and would never recommend anyone to swap over from another provider to them as they are useless and quite frankly they couldn't give a when I called in earlier today.
