I am appalled by the way Cell C does its business. I took out a contract with them and this month has changed jobs so I call them today 14/11/13 to have my debit order date changed and they tell me that it will be impossible and that will only be effective this year, meaning that my debit order will bounce back and I will incur the charges of a returned debit order and the bad record of returned debit orders.
Im irritated about the fact that they cannot work with their customers, they tell me they will escalate the problem and they do not have the numbers of where they escalating the matter to.
How old do they think I am, 12???
And then there was that consultant I spoke to with a bad attitude and an over exxagerated english accent who kept me on hold for a long time whilst waiting to speak to his manager who also did not help.
Cell C must stop this, they need us to operate and keep their business. If they give us a (excuse my french) we will go to other networks
