Incorrectly billing for a closed account

Good day

I have closed my FNB account in June/July 2013.I have updated all my debit orders to my new bank and sent proof of this. Fnb still debited my account as well as other creditors which left failed debit orders on that closed account. Further to this they are charging me monthly fees for an account I do not use. I have dealt with this intesively with the Exec office at FNB.They said they are working on it and I was not contacted for a while. Today, 10/01/2014 I received a calll from one of the most rude staff member of FNB insisting I pay this. She actually stated in an arrogant tone" NO MATTER WHAT, YOU WILL PAY THIS".
I told her to read the system remarks and investigate this further.
