POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CELL C

I have queried a network coverage problem at my residential area with the Cell C call centre... and been almost two weeks being on Cell C with no signal at home... was told that a technicial was going to come out and check singal and install signal booster... wonder how long this will take, because its been more than a week ago and still no response, and the help in the call centre... its pathetic... and the people in the call centre are just passing me on to this person and that person... but its not the right person who i need to speak too... who can help!!!
