My 2 week trial period with the LTE router "special" is almost up. Since I am not getting hold of anyone and nobody is returning my calls, I hereby wish to inform you that I will NOT be taking up the deal, as the promised 21Mbps never realised and your technical support has yet to get hold of me to "try and fix it".
I do not wish to take up this offer. I wish to return the equipment and not have a 3 year contract at R499 per month for a service which you are unable to provide.
How much clearer must I make it?
Please contact me asap to return the goods.
