Not honouring installation commitment

I was assured by the lady at the Telkom store last week, as well as a gentleman who phoned me from their technical side AND I was sent a confirmation sms that my ADSL line will be installed TODAY (2013/11/11). After numerous calls (25 to the store where they only once actually picked up the phone) and calls to 10210 I have a escalation number but no ADSL!!! I had to make special arrangements at work to be home the whole day (as per their appointment). BUT NO ONE from Telkom has come to my house. NO ONE even had the decency to contact me to inform me of any issues or changes. I now have an increased cellphone bill and absolutely NO service from Telkom. I am disgusted at their level of incompetence and disregard for their clients. I DEMAND someone contact me ASAP or I cancel the whole deal!!!
