Still have not received my money

Marelize Kleyn contacted me again after i laid a complaint on hellopeter. And i mentioned to her that its the only time she ever responds to my complaints. The money is still not back into my account. Is the anyone who has this company's VAT registration number because we are struggling to get hold of it. I have asked her to provide me with a contact number that won't keep me on hold and still she did not send it. Guys please provide me with the physical addres and VAT number of this MobiMoola/Platinum. I am still waiting for a warrant from the police to get more info from Stratcol about this company because they are using them to debit my account. Can anyone help.
