Unable to cancel subscription & correspondance

31 October '12 I requested via email to Marelize Leiding [Email Removed] to cancel my Disney Subscription and order the Barbie set as as a once off of R180.
December I was debited R164.99 (Last debit for November) & R164.94 (Yearbook) - again emailed and requested that that account is cancelled in full and no books must be sent any longer. January '13 again I was debited R164.99 (Calender) & R180 (Barbie set) - that debits was rejected and after corresponding with Marelize Leiding both these payments was made 5/02/13 proof emailed to Marelize. 12/02 again receiving letters stating I owe R180 for Barbie set. Again Marelize advised to ignore letter account is settled in full. 19/02 another letter stating I owe R180. 9/03 another letter stating I owe for Barbie set. This is absolutely ridiculous - there is no communication between your departments and your service is shocking I can not seem get Jacklin Enterprise to get their system up to date and this will lead to me being handed over and impact my credit record badly. I am done phoning your call center done emailing you!!! I will never refer you to a friend as your service is shocking!! I want a manager to phone me.
