Irritated to the max

I laid a complaint on Hellopeter abt this mobi moola. A lady called Marelize Kleyn from Mobimoola assured me that my complaint was solved and that there won't be any form of contact from Mobimoola whatsoever. They have deducted R150 and R99 from my bank account. i moved my funds and there's a pending debit order of R249 and R99 from them as well. I was on the phone the whole of saturday and still this morning on hold for no service. i want my money back and all the minutes i have used being on hold with their company. HELP
