I have had a contract with Autopage for many years without problem. however, I was called by Autopage's Mobile Store and offered free minutes, sms's etc. for an extra fee of about R150. i accepted but did not realise that the free time entailed the use of another phone and number, not my regular phone and phone number. i only learnt this some months later as there was a postal strike. once i had asked for the missing invoices to be emailed to me i saw the problem. this was in June this year. i have phoned every week or two, have emailed a few times and have even been into their offices but to no avail. i keep getting promised someone will get back to me but i hear nothing. i have repeatedly told them that i am happy to pay the extra amount but i want to use my regular phone and number. i also wish to be credited for the months during which i have paid the extra amount.
