Hilda visited the Sandton store in August 2013 to have photos transferred from her iPhone to her Samsung S4. The staff managed to delete the photos. They also managed to delete her contacts and replace it with another customer's contacts. An appalling one month credit was offered. To date no senior manager has taken responsibility to call and apologize for the bad experience, even though the MD's of Nashua Mobile and Reunert were contacted.
Hilda also suddenly receives bills stating that she went over her limit, although she checks it frequently. She doesn't use the internet on her phone, but the internet usage is very high.
