I have three contracts with nashua. Two of them is mtn and I have not been able to phone from them for a month. The vodacom one I am using and there is nothing wrong. When I try to use the mtn ones it says check operater services. I phoned customer care and He told me both of my sim cards could be the problem. One of them is new. I dont get service from them and i am not going to pay anymore if I cant use the service. If it does not get sorted today I will lay a consumer charge. This is not acceptable. I am paying 1000 rand a month for a service I am not getting.
