Struggling 3 months to get a account sorted out

Three months ago 1 of my 4 contracts at Nashua Mobile ended (Ran full term). I completed the forms and cancelled it. Right, So the next month its off my invoice and I pay the other 3 contracts as per invoice. When the next invoice comes, its back on. They charge me AGAIN for that no. So I spend a hour on the phone and obviously just pay for the 3 contracts. 2 months later I receive the credit note. Next invoice comes, they charge me AGAIN and has the audacity to softlock my phone. Spent a hour on the phone and suddenly nobody can help me??? Always been a proud Nashua Mobile client. NOT IMPRESSED!
