Lets see? hmm the worst service and customer care I have ever experienced from a reputable company. For the 4 months that I have the "latest" Samsung Galaxy Fame, it has worked PROPERLY for MAYBE a week tops??? spent a month in the service centre for repairs, comes back partly repaired. NOW, its got even more issues,
phone continuously rejects SIM card, ( supposedly repaired by VM)
phone freezes as per wish!
Automatic deletion of of fully loaded apps!
Almost daily auto delete of music playlists!
Swipe contact to call, phone freezes or switches off!
Volume button doesn't always work!
Touch-screen sometimes doesn't respond!
If the phone is placed on its back for more than 5 mins, it switches off!
The only thing that seems to work in this brilliant upgrade is the "OFF" button? YAY! (for now)
Thank you for the amazing after sale customer satisfaction from Virgin!
Guess its time to bid farewell to this service provider, BUT I guess losing one loyal customer means nothing to Virgin Mobile. They still have 1000's more to mess around with???
