Upgrade sold under false information!

I phoned 0821959 on 6 November to do a pre mature upgrade and was firstly to by Oscar in the JHB Branch, who confirmed that there was stock of the Experia Z1 on the Red Advantage Package, when I found this out I cancelled the deal and spoke to another agent in the Midrand Branch to rather take the S4 Mini LTE on the same package. he confirmed that there was stock and even confirmed that there were 3 Black and many White handsets in stock, as I asked him to check. then I later got an sms indicating that all has been processed for delivery. When I phoned in again on 7 November the auto voice indicated that my delivery is scheduled for 22 November although the agent indicated to me that Delivery will be on Friday 8 November and could even be delivered on 7 November. When I spoke to a lady in the Midrand Branch, she checked and indicated that at the time of Phoning (6 November) there was no stock and when I confronted her about what I have been told by both the previous agents, she said" I do not know what list they were checking, but according to what I see, there was no stock at that time" Both agents sold me a package under false information.
