For the last week the speed of my uncapped internet has been 0.7 kbit... are you guys kidding me... I can't even open google or send emails. Remind me why am paying you R200 bucks for? If you have throttled me you better have a good explanation because I dont think I even download 20 gigs per month, and after all I should be allowed do use as much data as I want that is why am paying for an uncapped service...
