Revolting Service from Telkom

On the 13th of November I tried to contact Telkom to advise them on a line cancellation. I dialled about 10 different numbers. The results were quite similar: listening to the music on 10210 option 4, busy or line does not exist.
I dialled the switchboard at Telkom Head office on 012 311 3911. It was answered by an operator by the name Muvo Thuse. I had asked him to put me throught to the Public Relation Department. He insisted to know why (my reason for calling). My reply was that I would explain the problem to the Public Relations. He'd put me through to the Human Resources department. It rang a few times aND THEN PLAYED A MESSAGE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.
I hung up and tried to call again. the call was answered by the same person. I then asked again to put me throught to Public Relations. This time Mr Thuse insisted on my answer without which, he claimed, he won't put me through. I asked to speak to the secretary of the MD, an AGAIN REFUSAL on a prete4xt that he was doing his job..
Eventually I had to hang up.
I hope that my message to you will get through the thick layers of bureaucratic WAX into the right ears so I can get REASONABLE!!! service from Telkom.
