I have the premium uncapped account for which I'm paying for not to be throttled. and now I can't even browse because of the slow speed. I hate to say this, but MWEB your service has become unbearable. You won't have a bandwidth problem again, since you won't have any customers left if you continue like this. What happened to 'You get what you pay for', I'm paying for an uncapped account that can't even browse anymore!
Best of all is you can't even tell me when I will be throttled, you just do it. what is an uncapped account worth if you can't even benefit from it?
So please tell me why we should stay with you?
