Bought my son a Samsung Galaxy pocket from this store, as a Christmas present. Two days after opening it we discovered that there was a software problem on it. It was totally unusable. I returned it to the store and had to wait almost three weeks for "repair". I got a stink sms from them to come and collect my "repaired" phone within 3 days! After doing so, I discovered that the phone has indeed not been fixed, and still had the same problem. Took it back to the store and explained to Bongani at customer service that it is the 2nd time I have had to drive 40 km (as I live in another town) to the store to come and try to get this phone fixed. I enquired if I couldn't just get an exchange, as it would save us all a lot of trouble and petrol. He then called his so called manager Moeketsi, who (I doubt if he was indeed the manager) he was very rude and unhelpful, telling me I have to send vodacare a e-mail, as they are the supplier. SINCE WHEN DOES A CUSTOMER DEAL WITH A SUPPLIER!! He just turned his back on me and walked out.
