I have just been called by Alessandro Mitchell from Vodacom regarding my query. He has been most helpful and explained my bill to me and also helped to put a call limit on my teenage daughter's cell phone (which is where the problem had arisen) I will now receive notification and statements so that I know where I stand with the billing. I am extremely grateful and happy with the help I have received from Alessandro and his courteous manner. My faith has been restored. Thank you all. :)
