I have not had an Vodacom account from 2009-2010 and to my shock i whose ITC listed 2012 and only came to know of it today after applying for an account, After calling MBD 2ce refering me back to Vodacom 2ce they could give me know information after speaking to a 3rd person at Vodacom hoe whose rood and still have no answers to my ITC listing but to tell me i have not paid my account that time witch i did pay up in full.
NO ASWERS and STILL ON ITC for nothing.
I feel humiliated and angry for my name being thrown away.
I am a credit controller and this is not the way things get done specially for such big group.
I want my name off ITC and a letter of apology for my humiliations so I can send it to the people hoe notified me that I cant open a account dew to it.
