I sent Bonitas Med Aid a query relating to one of their med aid members claim details, coming through to my 8ta sim card by mistake. I got an immediate automated response, acknowledging my query. Within an hour had feedback from Gertrude, saying she had directed the query to the relative department and within a day the query had been resolved. Excellent, professional and efficient service. Well done Gertrude and team, you are an asset to Bonitas. With disgustingly low service levels in SA, you chose to be different and it is noted and HUGELY appreciated.
