I would just like to compliment DHL management and their team for their great service and quick response to our query. We had a package which was delayed in customs for a number of days, and calls to the DHL customer service centre were proving futile. Upon logging a query with DHL management at 10PM in the evening we received an immediate response from DHL Country Manager Hennie Heymans as well as Delia Bayman. The package was cleared and we received it the following day.
