I would herewith like to compliment, and thank Jackie Groenewald of Cell C, Cape Gate for her friendliness, willingness to help, her professionalism, and for going the extra mile in assisting me with everything that I needed help with. Being very unhappy with Vodacom I cancelled my contracts with them, and went over to Cell C this week. She kept a phone for me till everything was sorted out with Vodacom, my numbers had to be ported etc. She kept me informed at all times, and made sure that everything went smoothly. Because of her the whole process was a very pleasant experience. A while ago she also assisted my father when he went over from Vodacom to Cell C, and the service she gave us then was also of great excellence. Thank you Jackie - you are a great example of what customer care should be all about. I went from being a very "unhappy" Vodacom customer to being a very"happy" new Cell C customer today! :-)
