Then she replied saying its unclear I should send it to Please fax to 0841676274 :att Blanche for case number 1212310000024907 I DID, then she requested me to have them resent to a diffferent fax number 0865194693 att Blanche, for case number 1212310000024907 I DID after faxing to the second one and remember before I have sent to these different fax numbers I have scanned twice, with the first scan she said its not clear then I have darkened the ink for her to see. I work for Vodacom I deal with clients, Myself as an individual I make my clients smile and I believe that a world can be a better place by one persons effort, again one rotten apple can damage the whole bunch. Not happy at all, Ive complained before and got a service on time after my complained this one its one that makes me cry... Guess what she called me on the 30/01/2013 and she said she has closed my call, how can one closes a call without assisting the client on their query. Maybe hellopeter should not close the call untill done!
