Wasting My Time

I am trying to open a web hosting account, ie. set up a website and unfortunately chose to try do this with mweb as what they offer seems the best value. Over three days I have wasted over two hours telephone time and money with their useless call centres and agents. When the phone is eventually answered, no one wants to talk when they realise that I am making webhosting enquiries, they then tranfer me to people that never answere their phones or just cut me off. The only lady that tried to help had no product knowledge and so was also a waste of my time and money.

(And their website has two different prices for the same product.)
