Its been morethan a month now

My internet was suspended think da begining of december nd while my acc ws up todate nd I called dy told me dt I must fax through da proof of payment bt still its ws never updated I dn called again after a day dy told me it cn take up2 48hr nd I told dm ok its fyn, dt ws about da second week of december nd 2day I try to login my acc is still suspended I'm very nd disappointed... I called again nd spoke to Sharon who transfered my to Noma in their billing dept nd nw dy want me to wait 4 about 72hrz nd iv gt work to do nd mail to check iv never ever came a cross such thing
