For most people the quality of a hosting provider is generally about bandwidth and uptime. In the last 6 months that i have used mweb business hosting the uptime is just not acceptable. It seems that they have no contingency measures in place to handle data center failures. What does this mean for online businesses? Literally hundreds of business are affected - you cannot even get through to the call center as mass panic erupts when people realise that their business is offline.
Its just unacceptable. If mweb cannot get a grip with running their data centre effectively with proper contingency measures in place i'll be moving my business elsewhere and encouraging others to follow.
