Hi, Last year Tellesales of MTN approached me to entered into a data deal with an laptop with MTN no conditions were explained. Six months down the line the laptop crashed and I tried to take it to the nearest MTN store which was Tygervalley CTN centre hey informed us to take it to incredible connection who iunformed us after a week they do not fix MTNlaptops. iI then phone the call centre who informed me to take the item to the Canal Boulevard Street branch in century city who deals with such request. We got there only to be told that they also do not deal with it and that we should phone the no on the leaflet they provided which also stated that they can do the call on behalf oif us. I than decided that I need to distance myself from this organisation as it is not customer friendly. the tech management after an hour to get through to department who informed him that they will be making contact with me with 48hours to arrange pick. They called only to erequest us to take the item back to the store.
