It's my second complaint in 2 days and it seems that I was correct in previously stating that Outsurance doesn't care about customer service. You're very quick to debit my account but sending me policy documents is like rocket science. You have sent me the buildings cover confirmation in a format that cannot be read/downloaded by the computer. Hendrick at the call centre insists its in word format, however, I have the latest version of MS Word on 2 laptops and both cannot download this document. You cannot convert the document to PDF either. So what can you do? You can take money from my bank account without any problems but to simply send me a confirmation of cover... it becomes something impossible for you to do. How many times do I have to complain for the level of customer service to change. You falsely advertise that you bend over backwards for your customers. You certainly don't. You can't even send me an email in a format that can be read.
