I sent my phone in for repair or to be replaced via Cellc menlyn on 26 November 2013. I made contact with Cell c direct on 4 November to determine the outcome. I was transferred to 5 different persons to assist me, but to no avail. I contacted Cell c direct on 5 Nov and after 3 consultants was transferred to technical. The technician politely told me that they are returning the phone, however they cannot switch the phone on -but i must disconnect the app-find your phone from the phone? Incidently i completed a Cell c-cover form and faxed it through to assist with anymore delays. I sent another mail on 7November in return to a response received from the repair team. I had removed find my iphone from the device by signing into i cloud. This could've all been done when I sent my iphone in via cell c menlyn to avoid delays and or Cell C could've emailed me before returning the phone to the store so as to avoid unnecessary transport costs and further delays, etc. It is now 12 November and no one at the store or cell c has made contact with me.
