Last month I was due for an upgrade with cell c. I called to inquire about the sim swap I was never advised that my fair usage will not be carried over from my bb to samsung. If I was notified accordingly I would have made an informed decision not to take my upgrade sooner and continue to use my b till the end of December. I honestly feel Cell c did not train their customer consultants to properly to warn clients that they will incur costs if they move to android when the original contract was still running. I have been a loyal customer and am very up set with this treatment.
