I have been patient enough. I have been waiting 8 days to be connected after I have started a new account. No one seems to take any priority in my case. Every day I hear... Tomorrow... Tomorrow... I have had to call them back everytime after they have said that they will get back to me. Do you think they care? I think not! I have tried and left a message on the managers phone, but a person is ignored and brushed off. I boil it down to incompetancy. I just wish that this world wakes up and smell the roses. This is not the first time I've bumped my head with MTN. Network is good in the area I work, but the people and their skills are something to wonder. MTN get your act together and get with the program!!!
