VIRGIN MOBILE PENALISE YOU FOR MOVING TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER..
THEN THEY DONT INFORM YOU OF THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT, HAND YOU OVER TO LAWYERS WITH NO CORRESPONDENCE, FROM EITHER VIRGIN OR THEIR LAWYERS,
THEN BLACKLIST YOU!!
WHEN TRYING TO SORT IT OUT,
YOU PAY THE LAWYER THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT THAT YOU SHOULDLNT HAVE TO PAY,
FNB TO FNB.. WHICH WILL REFLECT IMMEDIATELY!!
TWO DAYS LATER YOU BEGIN RECEIVING SMS'S FROM THE LAWYER IN CONCERN STATING IF YOU DONT SETTLE THE SAID AMOUNT WITH THEM (THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY) THEY WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU!
WHEN CONTACTING "SUSAN" FROM VIRGIN MOBILE IN FOURWAYS IN JHBURG,
SHE STATES THAT THEIR LAWYERS HAVE SENT HER A DOCUMENT STATING THAT THE SUM HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL, AND WILL EMAIL ME THE DOCUMENT STATING THIS, THEN HAVE THIS UNCALLED FOR BLACK LISTING REMOVED!
NEEDLESS TO SAY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND THEY KEEP DODGING THE PHONE CALLS TO THEM FROM ME.
NOT TO MENTION THE BARRAT AND ASSC. LAWYERS SAY IT WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS FOR THE SUM TO REFLECT INTO THEIR ACCOUNT... FNB TO FNB.. BULL S.IT!!
THIS IS JUST TO STUFF PEOPLE AROUND!!!
WE ARE NOT BUILDING A SPACE SHIP HERE VIRGIN.. COME RIGHT!!!
