Have not gotten a response yet!!!

I was called yesterday by... Who might I say not helpful and done what any deceitful company would do "she put the blame on me". I was informed that according to Cell C's new fair usage, the data given to me can only be used for bbm and other social networks as well as for just browsing the net. I was told that this fair usage does not allow me to download. I asked "how am I supposed to know this, as there was not written notification given to me? " and the response I got was "I should have went online and read it". As a consumer I feel that if I have partaken in a contract I should have been given written notice of any changes made 30days before change.
Completely bewildered at the lack of assistance I went further on to investigate usage on my account and this is what I found. I noted just 2 examples which clearly shows I downloaded by last month but did not get charged but all of the sudden Cell C decides to rob me by charging me.
