Waiting for someone to answer

I have called MTN to give them notice to cancell my contract as my 24 months is up and i dont want to upgrade my acocunt. i have been holding on the line for 30 minutes and counting an still no answer. it is absolutly pathetic to have this kind of waiting time for any call center. Never again will i take out any contract with MTN. All i want is to cancel my contract.
