Please cancel contract on 084 687 1758. I was due for upgrade in September 2012 and decided to go on Saturday. Only to be told that I cant. I can carry on paying my current contract amount but cant upgrade with that amount. How pathetic. I don't want explanations or apologies cause you stink at it. Just cancel immediately. dont give me written response cause I am still waiting for written response to my emails sent on 7 & 10 December 2012. Just cancel that contract now as another network provider has given me what I need, service!!!
