So much for FINE Print

I cannot believe that such a big organization screws the consumer,

My contract was supposed to end in May this year and I have been charged every month only to finally get a hold of a call centre agent who advised me that the contract does not expire if you do not cancel it.

Why call it a 24 month contract???

Secondly why does no agent call you to ask you if you would like to upgrade or cancel???

The final cherry on the top is that the cancellations department does not answer their calls.

I am now waiting for 35mins for somebody to answer, Intern this is now costing me much more than I bargained for.

THANK YOU FOR ME VODACOM; YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF WHO PUT CONSUMERS THROUGH ADDING EXPENSES.
