Still nothing done to solve this problem, i have phoned the call center and they said they will ask someone to phone back, and still MTN feels i need to pay for repairs after they send me a faulty refurbished phone, i already cancelled my internet and i cant wait for march to end other 2 cellphone contacts, we have been with MTN for 8 years and its very sad to see that this is the way they treat you after being a loyal paying customer for so many years.
