I ordered furniture from Rochester Woodmead on the 25/02/2013.The estimated delivery dates given by the sales person was 6 to 8 weeks. After i left the store i had the worst after sales experience. i followed up on my order numerous times where they promised to return my calls with an update and each time failed to do so. i clearly stated that i need the oder before Friday the 12/04/2013. Last week i called numerous time and received feedback that my order was delivered, however they are waiting for the stock to be unloaded, then yet again received no feedback. I then called on thursday the 04/04/2013 where the sales person informed me that the delivery was made however the specific colour was incorrect, he then promised that the correct order will e delivered Monday 08/04/2013. When i tried following up on this date the sales person was on sick leave, i then asked if they can check the status of my order where i was told my order will only be available in May 2013??? I requested to speak to the store manager and he failed to take my call as he was busy with very important customers??? So clearly i was not one of them!!! I then decided t
