Thoroughly disappointed

When you have a smart phone that breaks, you need a new sim card to work in your older phones so you still have access to calls and sms's. within seconds this was sorted out (sim sync) and i was well on my way to resolving the problem.

unfortunately upon reverting back to my smart phone once fixed, my sim card didn't work. after several reboots i called your helpline 111. a young lady answered and was very helpful but couldn't solve the problem not even after the 24 hour wait. i was told to wait another 24-48 hours for someone to contact me to fix this. they called last night at 22:15? to ask if they could do a sim sync? this small matter has escalated to such an extent i still don't have a working smart sim. i still don't have access to the internet. i feel a simple thing as having a dual sim card should not have been a problem at all. very unhappy with the level of service.
