We cancelled the Control Chat 150 contract on 989685 on the 30th September 2013 but we are still billed in November?
We would like to cancel all contracts except the Giga20 as soon as possible. When you want payment your service is swift but when we want to cancel the service is pathetic. Why is it such a schlep to cancel a contract.
I will never even advise a contract to anyone because of this experience.
