My 2 year MTN contract ended in July 2013. Shortly after that date I emailed MTN to cancel my contract. I was advised that it will be cancelled. After 6 months and various follow up emails I am still being billed for this contract and money is still being deducted from my banking account via debit order! In my opinion this is pathetic service and it really shouldn't be that difficult to cancel an expired contract!
