I renewed my contract with Cell C earlier this year and got the iPhone 5. It worked fine... for a while. It developed a problem charging so I returned it to our local Cell C store to send away for repairs. It came back 3 weeks later still broken. The technician, obviously unable to read the repair sheet, performed a software upgrade only? Something I could have done in 2 hours. I had to send it back again - this time with an essay on the repair sheet detailing the exact problem. Surprise, surprise - 3 weeks later it comes back - unrepaired. This time there was nothing written down by the technician. It seems it was couriered up to wherever phones go to be 'fixed' and sent back without anyone looking at it.
I have been very patient up until this point - realizing that you do get some products that don't work as they should. But to send it back twice and for the technicians to completely ignore the problem is very frustrating. I am paying a lot of money each month to have this phone and yet it is being sent all over the country and not getting looked at.
I want new phone but the guy at the shop says it has to go away again and then they 'consider it'. I am tired of waiting!
