I have been using myPrepaid for a couple of months now. The experience has not been good. I have not once received the electricity token within the 10 minute window they claim to deliver it in. I have sent them loads of complaints about the terrible service and have not received a single reply.
Every time I purchase electricity through them I have to contact their support because they never remember to send me the token. Sometimes I have to contact them multiple times.
DO NOT USE myPrepaid TO BUY ELECTRICITY!
