After 5 calls, one being dropped, the other one giving all the information and then being transferred and holding on for 17min, then phoning again holding on for another 15 min and staff clearly not interested just putting you through to hold on again. SURELY THERE MUST BE AN EASIER WAY TO CANCEL A CONTRACT WITHOUT WAISTING THE CLIENTS TIME AND MONEY TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO A CALL CENTRE THAT CLEARLY DOES NOT OPERATE OPTIMALY.
