It was the first time I had bought prepaid electricity through my prepaid.
They have bank accounts with all the major banks so that your payment can be instant. I paid in to a different bank from mine and expected to wait 2-3 days but submitted a query anyway.
Their support hours are from 8 in the morning till 10 at night. I sent my query at 7:30 and had a reply at 8:01!!! I sent supporting documentation and again got instant reply. My problem was dealt with so quickly and I had my electricity token in no time!!! WELL DONE myprepaid!!! I will never go in-store to by electricity again!!!
