I am utterly disgusted in the service I received from Vodacom. I have just recently discovered that Vodacom have been debiting me for BIS in error for the last 6 or 7 months.i have a samsung on s3 package so there is no need for me to have BIS.when I called to query this I have been passed from pillar to post nobody seems to want to help??!! I spoke to kaley who said she will call today (im still waiting) and also to sibusiso who has no way of dealing with an unhappy customer. No telephone etiquette. After being on the phone with him for nearly 30 minutes he tells me I need to contact Rewards because they called me to do my upgrade so they were to advise me to call into cancel BIS.after nicely tell me they close at 5 and ge cant get through so he will give me the number to call myself.i wanted to know from him why do I needito contact a third party when my service provider Vodacom is the one who took money every month from my account? His response is this is ghe process that must be followed.where does the buck stop? How os this ethical business practice? Me paying for something that I never used and have no need for? U need to check yourselves Vodacom
