I have paid for a shelf company and received correspondence saying that my documentation is on its way and its going on two months already and nothing received as yet. Considering this was supposed to take 3 days, the service is absolutely appalling.

Now for the past 4 days, the representative (Humane Kgosimore) is not taking my calls or responding to my emails. If this is how BSCH choose to run their operation I would advise anyone against doing any kind of business with them.

I hope they do not any more unsuspecting citizens out there.
